En l’actualitat el nombre de sistemes d’informació en les organitzacions és cada vegada més elevat, així com la complexitat dels mateixos sistemes. Tot això és degut, a la gran velocitat que té aquesta revolució tecnològica que estem vivint. La societat ha d’augmentar el seu ritme d’aprenentatge de tots aquests sistemes i en moltes situacions parlaríem d’autoaprenentatge. És per aquesta la raó d’aquest estudi, dissenyar un sistema que integri la resta de sistemes d’informació i alhora sigui una interfície per veu, és a dir, un assistent virtual. L’objectiu és facilitar la interacció amb aquest tipus de sistemes als usuaris de l’organització. Per això, s’han plantejat diferents plataformes d’assistents virtuals on s’han analitzat els avantatges i inconvenients de cadascun per escollir la proposta més adient a la necessitat. La solució tecnològica seleccionada és desenvolupada en forma prototip per realitzar una implantació en forma de prova dintre d’una organització. A petita escala s’avaluen els resultats obtinguts i extreure unes conclusions que determinaran la continuïtat del projecte en la resta de l’organització.
Nowadays, the number of information systems in organizations is growing, as is the complexity of the systems themselves. All this is due to the fast speed of this technological revolution we are living. Society needs to increase its pace of learning from all of these systems and in many situations, we would talk about self-learning. That is the reason for this study, to design a system that integrates the rest of the information systems and at the same time is a voice interface as a virtual assistant. The aim is to make it easier for users in the organization to interact with such systems. Therefore, different virtual assistant platforms have been set up where the advantages and disadvantages of each have been analysed in order to choose the most appropriate proposal our need. The selected technological solution is developed in prototype form to perform an implementation as a test in an organization. On a small scale, the results obtained are evaluated and conclusions are analysed to determine the continuity of the project in the rest of the organization.
