Interacción pantógrafo-catenaria, problemas de desgaste en la línea R2 de Rodalies (MBN)

Abstract

[CASTELLÀ] El siguiente trabajo trata de analizar la situación actual y proponer soluciones a la problemática de desgaste excesivo que existe entre la catenaria y el pantógrafo de la línea R2 de Rodalies de Barcelona, hecho que provoca, un daño prematuro de las instalaciones y una pérdida de eficiencia del servicio, al ser más corto el periodo de tiempo entre las labores de mantenimiento. Para ello se ha formado un grupo de trabajo multidisciplinario, donde participarán estudiantes de diferentes titulaciones, profesores y empresas. Para realizar el proyecto, la metodología que se seguirá será la denominada SCRUM, está metodología va destinada a proyectos que requieren rapidez y flexibilidad, que se realizan en pequeños grupos de trabajo, donde hay presentes diferentes perfiles multidisciplinares y exige una colaboración constante cliente - equipo. El trabajo está dividido en tres grandes bloques: - El primer bloque alberga la información referente al problema. Análisis de los antecedentes de catenarias y pantógrafos. Además, de plantear cual es la tendencia que se prevé. En resumen, un estudio de la situación actual. - El segundo bloque analiza el problema de desgaste de la línea R2 de Rodalies de Barcelona. Incluyendo ensayos sobre los materiales que conforman los diferentes elementos que interactúan entre ellos. Planteando diferentes causas que provocan el mismo problema. - El último bloque plantea las diferentes soluciones encontradas teniendo en cuenta los aspectos técnicos (estudio del material, aerodinámica del pantógrafo, corrientes que circulan…), económicos, administrativos (normativa) y medioambientales. En referencia al aspecto medioambiental, el objetivo es presentar una propuesta menos dañina para el medioambiente, menos contaminante. El gran objetivo del proyecto es la obtención de una propuesta que solucione el problema de desgaste. Satisfaciendo la petición del cliente.

[ANGLÈS] In the next project, we will focus in analyze the current situation and suggest solutions to the problematic of excessive wear between the overhead catenary line and the pantograph of the R2 line Rodalies Barcelona, this fact causes, a premature damage of the installations and a loss of efficiency of the service, to be shorter the period of time between maintenance. For that has formed a multidisciplinary working group where students of the different degrees will work together with professors and companies. To implement the project, the methodology will be the SCRUM, this methodology it is addressed for projects that require speed and flexibility, carried out in small working groups, where different multidisciplinary profiles are present and requires constant customer collaboration - team. The project will be split in three parts: - In the first part, will be found all information related with the problem. Analysis of the different overhead catenary lines and pantograph that we can found currently or that were used in the past. Furthermore, we will present which is the trend that we expected. In summary, a study of the current situation. - In the second part, will be analyzed the problem of the wear of the R2 line Rodalies Barcelona. Including tests about materials that comprise the different elements which interact between them. Present different causes of the same problem. - In the last part, will be present different solutions that we found taking into consideration technical aspects (study of materials, aerodynamic aspects of the pantograph, electrical aspects), economic and administrative aspects (legislation) and environmental aspects. Referring of the last aspect, the objective is to present a proposal less harmful to the environment, less contaminating The main objective of the project is the development of a proposal to solve the problem of attrition and satisfying customer's request.
