Disseny d´una nau industrial amb desenvolupament sostenible a la zona industrial de la població de Gavà

Abstract

[CATALÀ] La intenció dáquest projecte consisteix en el disseny amb criteris de sostenibilitat i càlcul estructural dúna Nau industrial a la zona industrial de la població de Gavà (Barcelona), dedicada a lémmagatzematge robotitzat de productes. Aquest disseny sostenible es realitza per tal dáprofitar els recursos naturals i arribar a un alt nivell de funcionament autònom de la Nau. El disseny estructural es realitza amb perfils comercials, reduint el seu propi pes i el preu de la construcció. Es col·loquen plaques solars al sostre, per léstalvi màxim de llum i un dipòsit dáigües dins de la Nau per el reciclatge de les aigües pluvials. En aquest projecte es defineixen el disseny i plànols constructius amb el programa CatiaV5 RS19 per fer possible la facilitat de comprensió, fabricació i muntatge en obra. Per la realització dels càlculs estructurals es tenen en compte les càrregues permanents ( el pes propi dels elements estructurals i dels tancaments i el de les plaques solars ), la sobrecàrrega d´ús, vent i neu segons la localització de la nau respectant les pertinents normatives com el Codi Tècnic dédificació ( CTE ). També es calculen les fonamentacions i es comproven les unions més crítiques. Es realitza un pressupost per léstructura metàl·lica que inclou la compra del material, fabricació, transport y muntatge. Es calcula léstructura i es realitzen les comprovacions dissenyant léstructura amb el programa de suport informàtic CYPE2012. Finalment, a les conclusions, es compara léstalvi de llum i aigua que pot tenir un magatzem dáquestes característiques respecte un normal.

[ANGLÈS] The objective of this project, is a construccion of a Wharehouse with standard of sustainability, the structural design is located in Gavà (Barcelona), used to robotized storage of production. This design is made from sustainably way to take advantage of the natural resources and reach a high autonomy working level of the warehouse. The structural design have been realised with commercial profiles, reducing his own weight and the price of the building. Solar Plates are placed on the roof, for a maximum protection of light, a watertank is also placed at the warehouse to recycle rainwater. The design and the constructive drawing to the project are made by the program CatiaV5 RS19 to make an easy understanding, manufacture and setting in work. To the structural calculation have account the permanent loads and the overload loads like wind and snow, that depends about the location of the warehouse, respecting the normative of Technical Code of buiding. Warehouse, has been calculate and realise checking with program CYPE2012. Finally, to conclude, warehouse has been compares saving with another without standards sustainability.
