dc.description.abstractWe introduce a novel algorithm for real-time ONU activation (¿ - assignment) and reconfiguration (¿ - tuning) in WDM coherent PONs. The algorithm prevents service interruption of lighted channels and it is experimentally demonstrated by using real-time fully-analog coherent transceivers.
