Creación de un producto integrat de telefonía

Abstract

[ANGLÈS] The objective of this project is to create a telephony product which has to be capable of performing audio messages broadcasting and conference calls to a predefined lists of users. The communication solution will be complemented by a web interface to configure and manage it. This product must be the result of the bundling of two similar solutions. During the project, these two solutions are treated as one. The development of both and the bundling of that are part of the project. A project management role is assumed with the web interface. The requirements are going to be set, monitoring will be done during the development and at the end we will verify the requirements we had have agreed. During the bundling, we will define the procedures and tools that are going to be necessary to perform it, focusing on the future commercial operation. We will consider the easiest way for the customers and Tpartner's technical department to install and configure the product, doing it as most automated way as it could be. At the end of the project we will analyze traffic captures and verbose outputs, we also will perform functional tests. The purpose of these checks is to verify the compliance with the initial requirements. We also will perform network and hardware test to be able to dimension the requirements associated with the product.

[CASTELLÀ] En este proyecto se pretende dar forma a un producto integral de telefo nía , capaz de realizar difusiones de mensajes de audio y multiconferencias a listas de usuarios predefinidas. La solución a nivel de comunicaciones vendrá acompañada por un panel web de gestión y configuración. Este producto debe ser resultado de la paque tización de dos soluciones semejantes. Durante el proyecto, estas dos soluc iones se tratan como una sola. Forman parte del proyecto tanto el desarrollo de los módulos que posibilitan todas las funcionalidades necesarias, como la paquetización del producto. En cuanto a la interfaz web, se asume un rol de gestión de proyecto. Se establecen las necesidades de dicha interfaz, se hará el seguimiento durante el desarrollo y se verificará el cumplimiento de los requerimientos acordados. La paquetización tratará de definir los procedimientos y herramientas necesarias para la futura explotación comercial del producto . Posibilitando la configuración e instalación en cliente de la forma más automatizada posible por parte del personal técnico de la empresa Tpartner N etwork Services . En el proyecto se analizarán, mediante capturas de tráfico y pruebas funcionales, los resultados obtenidos una vez terminado el desarrollo. El objetivo de estas comprobaciones es el de verificar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos inici ales y dimensionar el producto, en cuanto a recursos de hardware y de red necesarios.
