Comportamiento tintóreo de los componentes relax y retráctil en hilos high-bulk

Abstract

Se ha estudiado la evolución de la absorción de colorante en hilos HB y la variación de la estructura fina producida por los tratamientos de tintura. El estudio se ha realizado utilizando dos fibras acrílicas de diferente procedencia comercial. Con ellas se han preparado hilos 100% Relax (N) y 100% Retráctil (R), e hilos HB 55% N – 45% R y 45% N-55% R. Con cada uno de los hilos se han efectuado cinéticas de tintura punto a punto y cinéticas de tintura con registro gráfico. Se ha estudiado la evolución de la microestructura de las fibras a lo largo del proceso tintóreo mediante la técnica de solubilidad diferencial en mezclas DMF/H2O.

The evolution of colorant absorption in HB threads and the variation in the fine structure produced by the dyeing treatments were examined. The study was performed using two acrylic fibres from different commercial origins. These were used to prepare the following threads: 100% Relax (N) and 100% Retractile (R), e-threads HB 55%, N-45% R and 45%N-55% R. Point-to-point kinetic studies of dyeing and kinetic studies of dyeing with graphic recording were carried out for all threads. The evolution of the fibre micro-structure was studied throughout the dyeing process by means of the technique of solubility differential in DMF/H20 mixtures.

L’étude a été menée à l’aide de deux fibres acryliques de différente origine commerciale, qui ont été utilisées pour préparer des fils 100% Relax (N), 100% Rétractile (R), des fils HB 55%N-45%R et 45%N-55%R. Chaque type de fil a été soumis à des cinétiques de teinture point par point (par étapes) et à des cinétiques de teinture avec enregistrement graphique (continu). L’évolution de la microstructure des fibres au cours du processus de teinture a été analysée par le biais de la technique de solubilité différentielle dans des mélanges DMF/H20.
