dc.description.abstractThis technical report summarizes the work done by Helen Abadiotakis during her research stay at IRI in the summer of 2016. The objective of the work was to implement the 2D and 3D Pebble Game rigidity detection algorithms with the aim of applying them to the detection of rigid clusters of atoms in proteins.
