dc.description.abstractCrystalline silicon small photovoltaic arrays are shown. Electrical isolation of individual cells and series connection between them to integrate series arrays are discussed. High open circuit voltage values in the range of 100 V and power densities of 7.2 mW/cm2 have been achieved.
