The project scope is to define what fine blanking technology is, and how it works. Prepare a technical feasibility study before quote the part to our customer in order to know if we are capable to produce the parts in an industrial way with our production lines and in our facilities. Design and draw a fine blanking tool which will be able to produce the requested part. Design and define a deburring process, choose the facilities and machines to do that. Define Heat treatment process to achieve mechanical properties, defined in the drawing, on the part. Design a control plan for whole process, using APQP (advanced product quality planning), where will be defined, production control plan.
