dc.description.abstractA total of 37 commercial woven fabrics of variable composition, weave type and aerial weight were studied by using the Kawabata Evaluation System for Fabrics (KES-F) and a modified version of the ring method called the “UPC ring method” that was developed by the authors in previous work. The parameters of the KES-F system were correlated with those of the UPC ring method via canonical correlation analysis
