Disseny d'un hangar per a l'ampliació de l'aeròdrom d'Empuriabrava

Abstract

The project includes the design and calculations needed to build an Hangar and a platform for six aircraft simultaneously in Empuriabrava's Aerodrome (Alt Empordà, Girona). The solution proposed is an hangar built with prefabricated elements, with 35 m of amplitude without any pillar disturbing. The height of the pillars is about 10 m. The structure of the hangar covers a total area of 6020 m2 (172 m x 35 m). Inside the hangar there is an area of offices and garages which the design and calculations are also shown at the report. The structural analysis is divided in two parts; one of them consists on the technical block, which means the offices and the garages, and the other one is the Hangar, which represents the walls and structure. To compute the charge capacity of the technical block, the methods are those proposed by the Spanish Technical Building Code, while the structure of the Hangar calculations were carried out with the software FTOOL. All calculation procedures performed, and the design are shown below in report or extensively explained in the annexes. In addition, it can be also find the environmental impact analysis, a preventive plan of occupational hazards and budget of the project execution.

El projecte recull el disseny i els càlculs necessaris per a construir un Hangar per a sis avionetes simultàniament i una plataforma a l'Aeròdrom d'Empuriabrava (Alt Empordà, Girona). La solució que es proposa és un Hangar construït amb elements prefabricats, amb pòrtics de 35m de llum i pilars de 10m d'alçada, amb una coberta a dos aigües amb el pendent del 10%. L'estructura de l'Hangar cobreix una superfície total de 6020m2 (172 m x 35 m). A l'interior de l'Hangar hi ha una zona d'oficines i tallers dels quals també se'n planteja el disseny i se'n calcula la capacitat estructural. L'anàlisi estructural s'ha dut a terme en dos parts per separat; la del bloc tècnic, que s'entén per oficines i tallers, i la de l'Hangar, que són els paraments i la estructura. Pel bloc tècnic es recorre a mètodes de càlculs proposats per la norma del Codi Tècnic de l'Edificació, mentre que per l'estructura de l'Hangar s'han dut a terme càlculs amb el software FTOOL, per calcular la capacitat portant dels pòrtics. Tots els procediments de càlcul realitzats, així com el disseny proposat, es presenten a continuació en la memòria o bé extensament en els annexos corresponents tal i com es va indicant al llarg de la memòria. A més, s'hi pot trobar també l'anàlisi del Impacte Ambiental, un pla de prevencions de riscos laborals i també els pressupostos d'execució del projecte.
