dc.description.abstractThis paper presents a novel class-F power amplifiers for mobile applications in which the need for an extra filtering section is eliminated with a proper harmonic tuning structure. Two class-F power amplifiers are presented (900 MHz and 1800MHz bands). The 900 MHz amplifier is able to deliver 38.6 dBm with a PAE of 80.5 % and a total harmonic distortion of 1.2 %. The 1800 MHZ delivers 38.8 dBm and has a PAE of 75%
