The work is divided into three parts . In the first one it is exposed part of the business basics , different types of companies , organizing teams and the concept of ' offshoring ' that will be the focus throughout the work of this project. This way a brief but concise overview of the purpose will be seen. The organization of the company where the project has been carried out (P3 Voith Aerospace ), which belongs to the aviation field and its main customer is Airbus group, is presented in the next part. The Off- Shore concept is being implemented in it but due to a lack of planning , management and communication in many cases objectives aren't able to be acquired, This can lead to a bad image and a repudiation by the customer in the future. Hence has arisen the planning and development of different tools in order to help the improvement of its organization. The main tool is an application based on requirements proposed by the company and in Airbus' model , It constitutes an easy and intuitive tool to help engineers to present a project to customers in 5 minutes , including budget, structure equipment and in case of choosing Off-Shore a risk analysis. In the last part has been implemented organizational program developed into a real case: a project where P3 Voith had problems when performing Off- Shore , presenting the results of the application which might have provided some benefits not obtained.
