Estudio comparativo de los diferentes metodos de autocalibración de analizadores de redes

Abstract

In this work, the study of diferent two-port self-calibration procedures is presented. Theoretical and experimental results are compared to slww their limits and advantages, which are related to the calibration standards used by each procedure. Comparative experimental results on coaxial, wave guide, and microstrip are presented as well as measurements of transistors and passive devices S-parameters up to 40 GHz.
