Análisis de riesgo de fachadas en el centro histórico de la Ciudad de México

Abstract

To study the pathology and the lifting of the street facades for 5 de Febrero which are among the streets Constitucion and Jose Maria Izazaga, located in the Historic Center of Mexico City. In this study we analyze the facades of the streets above, in order to observe all injuries (dampness, cracks, peeling, efflorescence, erosion, debris, bodies on facades) and the classification of the facades, so that will be a record to establish the degree of impairment of each of the facades. Theoretical resources have been used, graphs and statistical processing of the thesis, just as it includes the history of land use, subsurface geotechnical conditions, all related to water services, plans report, altimetry and statistics.
