[CASTELLÀ] El documento a realizar consiste en llevar a cabo el diseño y cálculo de la estructura
de un CEIP. Para ello disponemos únicamente del proyecto básico y el estudio
geotécnico por lo tanto también se establecerá unas condiciones previas en
ausencia del pliego de condiciones y memoria del mismo.
Durante el proceso del trabajo a realizar se abordará el proceso completo de diseño,
cálculo y redacción del proyecto de la estructura. Además, al tratarse de un
documento académico, no se limitará a definir la solución sino que estudiaremos las
posibles soluciones y el razonamiento de las soluciones adoptadas.
La metodología del trabajo ha seguido estas etapas:
1. Estudio previo de la documentación facilitada: planos del proyecto básico y el
estudio geotécnico.
2. Estudio de las posibles alternativas para la resolución de la estructura,
teniendo en cuenta los procesos constructivos, tipologías estructurales, su
compatibilidad con el envolvente, materiales y uso del edificio.
3. Definición de las acciones aplicadas a la estructura siguiendo la normativa
vigente.
4. Predimensionado de los elementos de la estructura.
5. Cálculo completo de la estructura usando el programa informático Cype,
definiendo y dimensionando cada elemento.
6. Revisión de los resultados eliminando posibles errores y optimizar el diseño,
tanto a nivel constructivo como normativo.
7. Recálculo de la estructura.
8. Elaboración de toda la documentación necesaria para la construcción y
ejecución.
9. Valoración del presupuesto, PEM, y cálculo del impacto energénico.
10.Redacción de la memoria, conclusiones y anexos.
Las premisas básicas durante la realización del proyecto serán:
• Respetar y focalizar las decisiones en la durabilidad, ya que estamos delante
de un edificio de larga vida útil.
• Definir y explicar claramente las soluciones adoptadas.
• Tendremos en cuanta los posibles cambios de uso del edificio en el futuro,
siguiendo criterios de durabilidad e impacto medio ambiental

The document to effect consists to carry out the design and calculation of the
structure of a CEIP. For this we have only the basic project and geotechnical study,
therefore, also preconditions will be established in the absence of specifications and
memory of it.
Along the realisation of this work, the entire process of design, calculation and
drafting of the structure will be addressed. Moreover, as an academic document, it
will not only define the solution but we will study possible solutions and the reasoning
of the solutions adopted.
The methodology of this project has followed these steps:
1. Preliminary study of the documentation provided: basic project plans and
geotechnical study.
2. The study of possible alternatives for solving the structure, taking into account the
construction processes, structural types, its compatibility with the environment,
materials and the building use.
3. Defining the actions applied to the structure following the regulations in force.
4 Predimensioned elements of the structure.
5. Complete calculation of the structure using the Cype software, defining and sizing
each item.
6. Review of results by eliminating errors and optimize the design, both constructive
and regulatory level.
7. Recalculation of the structure.
8. Elaboration of all the necessary documentation for the construction and ejecution.
9. Assessment of the budget, PEM, and calculate the energy impact.
10. Writing memory, conclusions and annexes.
The basic premises for the project are:
• Respect and focus decisions on durability, as we are in front of a long life
building .
• Define and clearly explaining the solutions adopted.
• We'll have into account possible changes of use of the building in the future,
according to durability criteria and environmental impact.
