Abstract
In this work a comparison between complementary split ring resonators (CSRRs) and Electromagnetic Band-Gaps (EBGs) in terms of EMI filter performance is developed. Results show a similar EMI rejection level in both cases but CSRRs present a significantly better signal integrity response. A good agreement between simulations and experimental results is achieved.
