Engineering education plays a vital role in serving society, driving ongoing efforts to improve its pedagogy. One such educational tool is the reading of scientific articles, a skill that holds immense value for students who become proficient at it, both academically and professionally. Derived from a synthesis of numerous research studies and practical experiences, this book offers a straightforward and effective approach to reading research articles and developing analytical skills through critical evaluation of their content. Additionally, the book outlines a teaching intervention framework aimed at engaging students in the reading of primary literature, drawing from practical experience in an undergraduate Fluid Technology course.
