Sorienta: la plataforma digital móvil que educa, controla y comunica a pacientes del síndrome del instestino irritable y sus médicos

Abstract

El proyecto propone Sorienta un servicio a través de aplicativo digital que faculta a los pacientes tener el control de sus datos de salud al alcance de la mano, permite visualizar su historial de salud, aprender del síndrome, realizar el seguimiento de la enfermedad, conectar con otros pacientes y prepararlos para su próxima cita con el médico. Este proceso permite a los médicos a comprender las historias de los pacientes de manera más eficiente y efectiva, generando un mejor tratamiento para los pacientes. En estos cuatro puntos ejes del sistema conocer, aprender, comunicar y compartir, van acompañados del registro de salud electrónico (EHR) herramienta que facilita el entendimiento a través de Smart visual data, un seguimiento con el reconocimiento de imágenes de recetas, medicamentos, comida y evacuaciones. Además, cuenta con una inteligencia artificial de machine learning que permite ofrecer recopilar y aprender la información necesaria, para la personalización de cada paciente. Todo esto con el fin de poder contar con una educación completa del síndrome.
