Abstract
This project examines the current platforms that facilitate airport operations, focusing on the apps of Aena and Vueling. After analysing these platforms, we study the processes that take place in airports and how each actor interacts with them. Thanks to the study of the processes, it was possible to identify the possible improvements in the field of technology and consider the requirements and needs. Once the possible improvements were defined, a new platform was created in the format APP, which allows to connect the services offered by the current platforms and add those that could improve the existing ones. To facilitate the visualization of the project, some of the main interfaces of the application have been designed and content has been created that allows us to imagine the distribution and utilities that make up the application. In the development of the work, it has been analysed how each actor will interact with the platform and what needs and responsibilities each one will have. In addition to the aspects mentioned so far, some of the main risks associated with the implementation of some processes on the platform are also mentioned. Finally, the benefits that the use of the platform will bring to passengers, airlines, companies, and security personnel have been analysed. Conclusions were drawn that allow evaluating the real possibility of implementing this product in the daily life of passengers and employees in the different areas of the airport.
