Ja fa poc més de 3 anys que es va aprovar la llei de control horari dels treballador que obligava a totes les empreses a enregistrar les entrades i sortides dels seus treballadors. Moltes petites i mitjanes empreses van implementar solucions molt poc pràctiques o fins i tot realitzen aquest marcatge a través de missatges de text o de forma manual escribit-ho en un paper. Aquesta situació es va agreujar quan el Covid va entrar en les nostres vides, i va obligar a moltíssimes empreses a traslladar-se a un entorn de teletreball no controlat. Aquest TFG proposa la creació d'una aplicació que controli les localitzacions en les que un treballador enregistra entrades i sortides, i dotar d'eines a gerència perquè puguin saber i localitzar al seu treballador en qualsevol moment, durant la jornada laboral.
Over three years ago, the workers time control law was approved, forcing all companies to register the entries and exits of their workers. Many small and medium-sized companies have implemented very impractical solutions, such as marking through text messages or even writing it down on a piece of paper. This situation got worse when covid arrived in March 2019, forcing many companies to change the way of working to an uncontrolled teleworking environment. This Final project proposes the creation of an application that controls the locations where a worker registers entries and exits, and provides tools to the manager they can know and locate where their workers are at any time during the working day.
