Abstract
In this work, a comparative study between established
Control Flow Checking (CFC) techniques is presented. A
novel test bench is used to inject permanent falts into an emulated
microcontroller. This test bench manages all the assessment
phases, from fault generation to fault injection to results classification.
Results are presented comparing the attained results in
terms of the ability to detect permanent faults.
