The purpose of this thesis is to study in what way a growing company can monitor optimally it’s expansion. The first step will be a global presentation of the retail industry, with a focus on the company, the technology, its environment and Secondly, we will focus on how this data could be used in order to present interesting and significant indicators. Obviously, there is a lot of work done mainly by the data scientists in order to scrap and clean all this brut data. I won’t expand too much on this part, although I will give the main keys to understand where the data is coming from and how it can be made available for anyone who needs it in the company. Another part of this study that is also a big challenge, is finding what could be the bests indicators to have available depending on the strategy and the short term and long-term vision of the company. The aim of this part is to define what indicator is interesting depending on the user of this data.
