Abstract
The body of this document will deal with the background of both, bibliographical of previous studies relevant to the area, as well as the collection of necessary data to carry out the updating of sedimentological patterns in the Andean basins of the country. With the above done, it’s time to start seeing what’s the real scope that can be obtained from the study itself, narrowing the basins that are relevant based on the continuity of the recorded data and the information that can be obtained from the georeferencing softwares linked to the morphometric analysis. All of the above is directly linked to the network of fluviometric, meteorological and sedimentometric stations arranged by the “Dirección General de Aguas” (DGA) throughout the length and width of the national territory. With the necessary data, new correlations are calculated between the liquid and solid flow, for the new time series and in the corresponding periods. Said the above, the respective decisions are made directed towards the work, the data are compared with previous studies and, together, add the background of calculations that are complementary, this is because the change in the sedimentological patterns may have varied for environmental, climatic or anthropic reasons, finishing this document with the updating of sedimentological patterns and the comparison with previous values. Finally, a numerical model that responds to the sediment transport of the basin, modeled in the Iber 3.1 software, will be proposed as a methodological proposal for a selected basin, with options to replicate to the others with their respective considerations.
