Abstract
The master thesis mainly researched three topics: digital creative workshop, role-driven creativity, and gamification.
After extensive research, the graduate found that all these three elements can be integrated together in a way that benefits each other.
Ostory is the digital creative workshop where creative team members (internal or external) can complete individual and group tasks while being immersed with the game experience with increasing fun and engagement.
The end result is a valuable creative outcome that provides insights for the actual creative challenge the team is working on.
