Disseny d'una nau destinada a una empresa de restauració

Abstract

La idea del projecte neix a partir de la creació d’un nou model de negoci, creat anteriorment per els mateixos autors que aquest projecte. Seguint aquesta premissa, el projecte consisteix en el disseny d’una nau industrial i les seves instal·lacions destinada a abastir un nou model de franquícies de restauració a Barcelona. Per a poder realitzar els diferents objectius d’aquest treball s’ha utilitzat programari d’us professional, com el programari CYPE ingenieros per al disseny i càlcul estructural de la nau. D’altra banda, l’AUTOCAD i l’ EXCEL per la realització dels plànols i els càlculs. El primer objectiu és descriure els aspectes generals de la nau, distribució interna, accions sobre l’estructura, informació estructural i la normativa a complir. A més, s’explica les característiques i és detallen les dades introduïdes al programa informàtic pel dimensionament de l’estructura. També, es descriu la solució adoptada de l’estructura amb la definició de tots els elements necessaris per la seva construcció i muntatge, com son la definició dels pòrtics, dels perfils de cada una de les barres, de les unions i de la fonamentació. El segon objectiu és el d’implementar les instal·lacions necessàries per complir el propòsit de la nau. S’ha fet un estudi exhaustiu de la instal·lació de sanejament, fontaneria, elèctrica, clima i ventilació. S’inclou tota la informació tècnica i legal necessària perquè el projecte en el seu conjunt s’ajusti estrictament a la normativa aplicable. Finalment, cal comentar que s’han realitzat tots els plànols necessaris per a la correcta definició de la nau, tant de l’estructura metàl·lica amb els seus detalls constructius com de les diferents instal·lacions, concretament els plànols de situació, plànols de distribució, plànols de l’estructura metàl·lica i plànols d’instal·lacions.

The idea of the project was born from the creation of a new business model, previously created by the same authors as this project. Following this premise, the project consists of the design of an industrial warehouse and its facilities intended to supply a new model of restaurant franchises in Barcelona. In order to be able to carry out the different objectives of this work, software for professional use has been used, such as the CYPE ingenieros software for the design and structural calculation of the structure. On the other hand, the AUTOCAD and the EXCEL for the realization of the plans and calculations. The first objective is to describe the general aspects of the building, internal distribution, actions on the structure, structural information and the regulations to be complied with. It also explains the characteristics and details of the data entered into the computer program for the sizing of the metal structure. Also, the adopted solution of the structure is described with the definition of all the necessary elements for its construction and assembly, such as the definition of the structure, the selections of profiles, the joints and the foundation. The second objective is to implement the necessary facilities for the purpose of the building. A thorough study of the sanitation, plumbing, electrical, climate and ventilation installation has been carried out. It includes all the technical and legal information necessary for the project. Finally, it is necessary to comment that all the necessary plans have been made for the correct definition of the building, so much of the metallic structure with his constructive details as of those of the different installations, concretely the plans of situation, distribution plans, structure plans and installation plans.
