Lecciones espaciales de las instalaciones artísticas

Abstract

The international workshop “ESTETISEMAS (ET)” has been proposed as a continuation of a previous one, “The room is empty and the inhabitant enters”, both within the program of the Corso di Teorie dell'Architettura del corso di laurea di Arti Visive of the IUAV de Venice, in collaboration with the Recognized Research Group of the University of Valladolid ESPACIAR, and with Venetian artistic institutions such as Ca 'Pesaro and the VAC Foundation. They have reflected on the teaching value of the various spatial categories shared by architecture and other plastic disciplines. For this, several environmental activation installations have been carried out in groups in two Baroque palaces, headquarters of the host institutions. The term aestheticism, proposed by Jorge Oteiza, establishes an equation between two constitutive elements of architecture and contemporary art: space and time.

El workshop internacional “ESTETISEMAS (E-T)” se ha planteado como continuación de otro anterior, “La habitación está vacía y entra el habitante”, ambos dentro del programa del Corso di Teorie dell’Architettura del corso di laurea di Arti Visive del IUAV de Venecia, en colaboración con el Grupo de Investigación Reconocido de la Universidad de Valladolid ESPACIAR, y con instituciones artísticas venecianas como Ca’ Pesaro y la V-A-C Foundation. En ellos se ha reflexionado sobre el valor docente de las diversas categorías espaciales que comparten la arquitectura y otras disciplinas plásticas. Para ello, se han realizado, por grupos, varias instalaciones de activación ambiental en dos palacios barrocos, sedes de las instituciones de acogida. El término estetisemas, propuesto por Jorge Oteiza, establece una ecuación entre dos elementos constitutivos de la arquitectura y el arte contemporáneo: espacio y tiempo.
