This project consists of the development and consolidation of a simulation model on the management of an airline called "SimGame", designed for students who take the subject of business in both aerospace systems engineering and the double degree of the same together with telecommunications engineering in order to begin to introduce them to several of the key concepts of the aviation industry. The students, divided into groups, will be in charge of understanding the most important aspects of capacity and traffic indicators, as well as the financial results (revenues, costs, profit margins) involved in the management of an airline in reality. This exercise is designed as an educational alternative with a methodology that involves a willingness to work in a team, autonomous learning together with individual responsibility in front of the project group to obtain much greater learning results than with traditional teaching methods. In order to be able to understand how this simulation exercise works, this project will first introduce what Business Simulation Games are, what are their contributions in terms of learning along with some examples. In addition, it will be explained in broad outlines what this simulation exercise called SimGame consists of, giving all the details about the information that will be provided along with the description of each of the phases in which the exercise has been divided. Finally, there will be a demonstration of the simulation exercise on the management of an airline called "SimGame", where it will be shown how the different phases will be developed by a set of determined groups.
