El objetivo principal de este proyecto es presentar el diseño y presupuesto de la rehabilitación de una nave industrial ubicada en Premià de Mar, Catalunya, para explotación como pádel indoor. El estudio constará de la reforma de la estructura física de la nave industrial para construir las pistas de pádel, la ventilación y la climatización del espacio interior, la electricidad sobre todo centrada en la iluminación, la fontanería de los vestuarios y el suministro de agua potable, los sistemas de protección contra incendios y la definición de presupuestos de cada una de las partes
que componen el proyecto. El complejo deportivo consta de dos partes diferenciadas: la nave industrial principal que cuenta con la amplia zona de pistas y que ocupa el 80% del espacio interior total, y la nave industrial secundaria que incluye los vestuarios, el bar, los pasillos y la recepción del centro, con un pequeño aparador para la venta de artículos de pádel. El proyecto se puede dividir en 4 grandes bloques: En primer lugar, una introducción a los objetivos del estudio, la descripción de la nave industrial objeto y de toda la parcela, la localización, el porqué de la elección de esa nave y el estado actual de la infraestructura. En segundo lugar, la consideración de todos los elementos necesarios para proveer un centro deportivo, partiendo de una nave industrial totalmente vacía y llegando a unas instalaciones de
calidad que contarán con, a parte de las propias pistas de pádel interiores, un bar familiar, una terraza acogedora, unos vestuarios de gran capacidad y una pequeña recepción. Además de parking para coches y motos dentro de la parcela, y con agradables zonas verdes rodeándola y aislándola del exterior. En tercer lugar, se repasa todos los requerimientos técnicos de instalaciones que un centro de pádel indoor necesita para posteriormente presentar una propuesta de diseño adecuada.
Pasando por todas las instalaciones de baja tensión, iluminación y demás, climatización y ventilación, tratamiento de agua caliente y agua fría sanitaria hasta llegar a los elementos de protección contra incendios y otros detalles, juntamente con los planos de implementación. En cuarto y último lugar, se presupuestarán los distintos diseños empleados en la rehabilitación del complejo. Este proyecto va de la mano del proyecto del alumno Álex Jover Vilaró “Estudio de
la viabilidad de un centro deportivo de pádel indoor en El Maresme” que recoge el presupuesto de las instalaciones definidas en el proyecto y se cederán para analizar la viabilidad económica del mismo centro en un horizonte temporal definido
The main objective of this project is the design and budgeting for the rehabilitation of an industrial warehouse located in Premià de Mar, Catalonia, for its use as indoor paddle center. The project will consist of the reform of the physical structure of the industrial building in order to build a paddle center, the ventilation and air conditioning of the interior space, electricity mainly focused on lighting, the plumbing for water supply, the protection systems against fires and the definition of budgets for each of the parts that make up the project. The sports complex consists of two different parts: the main industrial warehouse that has the large area with the paddle courts and occupies 80% of the total interior space, and the secondary industrial warehouse that includes the changing rooms & toilets, the bar, the corridors and the reception desk. Furthermore, a big parking area and gardens will be located outside the building. The project can be divided into 4 large blocks: In the first one, an introduction is made to define the objectives of the study, the description of the selected industrial warehouse and the entire plot, the location, the reason for the choice of that warehouse and the current state of the infrastructure. In second part, it is considered all the necessary elements that a sports center would need to provide, starting from a totally empty industrial warehouse and arriving at quality facilities that will have, apart from the indoor paddle courts themselves, a family bar, a cozy terrace, large changing rooms and a small reception. In addition to parking for cars and motorcycles within the plot, and with pleasant green areas surrounding the plot and isolating it from the outside. In the third part all the technical requirements of facilities that an indoor paddle center needs are reviewed in order to subsequently present an appropriate design proposal. Going through all the low voltage installations, lighting and others, air conditioning and ventilation, hot water treatment and sanitary cold water until reaching the fire protection elements and other details. In the fourth and last part, the different designs used in the rehabilitation of the complex are budgeted. This project goes hand in hand with the project of the student Álex Jover Vilaró "Study of the viability of an indoor paddle sports center in El Maresme" which includes the budget for the facilities defined in the project and will be transferred to analyze the economic viability of the same center on a defined time horizon
