Diseño de un kit automontable para furgonetas camper sin homologación

Abstract

El mundo camper es un movimiento con años de historia y evolución, las primeras furgonetas camper nacieron en Alemania en los años 50. Una camper es un vehículo, sin importar el tipo, que se ha transformado para poder viajar con él, y que dispone de al menos un elemento que permita a los ocupantes dormir de forma cómoda y práctica. En España el sector del camper esta sufriendo un boom, hasta el punto de que, a nivel europeo, es el país en el que el crecimiento de este segmento, ha derivado en la oferta de ocio vacacional más demandada. El módulo a diseñar no tiene que requerir de homologación para montarse en el vehículo. Debe permitir a dos personas pernoctar cómodamente y hacer uso diurno de la furgoneta y su montaje debe ser sencillo e intuitivo. El diseño del kit se realizará para la furgoneta Transporter T6, y va destinado para que lo usen parejas jóvenes o usuarios individuales de edades comprendidas entre 20 y 35 años. Las parejas jóvenes que pretenden utilizar una furgoneta camper buscan viajar de forma libre y autónoma, vivir aventuras nuevas y experiencias diferentes. Para la realización del proyecto, se seguirá una metodología de investigación centrada en el usuario. Se ha intentado realizar el mínimo de piezas diferentes posibles, además de que por forma se diferencien todas entre sí, facilitando así el montaje por el usuario final. Se ha hecho un estudio de materiales para la fabricación de las piezas centrada en la oferta de paneles de madera disponible en el mercado. Por último se incluye una guía de montaje para que el usuario final sea capaz de ensamblar el producto.

In Spain the camper sector is undergoing a boom, to the point that, at European level, is the country in which the growth of this segment, has resulted in the most demanded holiday leisure offer. The module to be designed does not have to require approval to be mounted in the vehicle. It must allow two people to spend the night comfortably and make daytime use of the van and its assembly must be simple and intuitive. The design of the kit will be made for the VolkswagenTransporter T6 van, and is intended for use by young couples or individual users between the ages of 20 and 35. Young couples who intend to use a camper van are looking to travel freely and autonomously, to live new adventures and different experiences. For the realization of the project, a user-centered research methodology will be followed. We have tried to make as few different pieces as possible, in addition to differentiate all of them by shape, facilitating the assembly by the end user. A study of materials for the manufacture of the pieces has been carried out, focusing on the supply of wood panels available on the market. Finally, an assembly guide is included so that the end user is able to assemble the product.
