En aquest projecte d’auditoria energètica de l’edifici les Bernardes de la ciutat de Salt (Girona) destinat als centres Hotel Entitats i Casal de la Gent Gran, es pretén desenvolupar l’anàlisi de l’eficiència energètica partint d’un estat inicial de l'edifici, per a posteriorment poder proposar solucions encaminades a aconseguir un ús racional i més eficient dels recursos energètics, especialment el lumínic. A la primera part del projecte es realitza una descripció de l’edifici indicant les seves característiques constructives, superfícies i volums; els consums d’energia elèctrica i tèrmica i finalment es defineixen les diferents instal·lacions. En la segona part del projecte és realitzar la presa de dades a nivell energètic de l’edifici. Amb aquesta part aconseguim tenir un punt de partida energètic i es realitzen les següents mesures: la mesura de la lluminositat, mesura de consum de gas per substitució a biomassa i anàlisi de la xara elèctrica. Després d’obtenir aquestes dades finalment es realitza una sèrie de propostes per cadascuna de les instal·lacions de manera general i s’analitza la millora a nivell energètic i econòmic (inversió i retorn d’aquesta). I en concret s’estudiarà l’estat lumínic actual i es proposarà un nou sistema en il·luminació LED i del sistema de calefacció per gas estudiant la substitució de aquesta font d'energia per d'altres renovables, com la biomassa.
The energy audit project for the Les Bernardes building in the city of Salt (Girona), the Hotel Entitats and Casal de la Gent Gran centres, aims to develop the analysis of the energy efficiency from an initial state of the building, to later be able to propose solutions aimed at achieving a more rational and efficient use of energy resources, especially lighting. The first part of the project will examine how the building was made. For instance, its constructive characteristics, surfaces and volumes, the consumption of electrical and thermal energy, and finally the different installation types will be defined. The second part of the project will examine the energy data from the building. In this part we managed to have an energetic starting point and the following measurements carried out: the measurement of the luminosity, measurement of gas consumption by substitution to biomass and analysis of the electric shark. After obtaining this data, a series of proposals will finally be made for each of the facilities in general and the improvements in energy and economic levels (return on investment) will also be analyzed. In particular, the current lighting state will be examined, and a new LED lighting and gas heating systems will be proposed, studying the replacement of this energy source by other renewable ones, such as biomass.
