Implantació de la metodologia 5S a la fase d'acabat d'una planta d'injecció de plàstic

Abstract

El projecte sorgeix de la necessitat que té l’empresa AB Industries en crear una nova organització que sigui flexible per adaptar-se a un entorn que es troba en constant canvi, sigui eficient i estigui focalitzada al client. A dia d’avui aquesta dista molt d’aquest objectiu, sent una empresa molt desorganitzada i amb baixos índexs de productivitat i de qualitat, tot i tenir tots els elements necessaris per ser una empresa d’èxit, ja que són líders en el mercat del producte en el que estan especialitats i el distribueixen per quatre dels cinc continents.

The project arises from the need of the company AB Industries to create a new organization that is flexible to adapt to an environment that is continually changing, efficient, and also focused on the customer. Today it is far from this goal, being a very disorganized company with low productivity and quality index, despite having all the necessary elements to be a successful company, as they are market leaders of the product in which they specialize and distribute it across four of the five continents.
