Estudi del treball i millora dels mètodes amb cas pràctic en la indústria de l'automoció

Abstract

Aquest treball ha tingut com objectiu general indagar sobre l’estudi del treball a través de l’estudi de mètodes i del mesurament del treball. Es tracten els conceptes teòrics que relacionen aquestes tècniques, les motivacions i els avantatges que aporten a les empreses a sotmetre’s a un estudi del treball amb l’únic propòsit d’aplicar-ne una millora i augmentar la seva pròpia productivitat. L’estudi del treball mitjançant un examen sistemàtic i crític de les operacions i les activitats que realitzen els treballadors,intenta trobar accions improductives amb l’única intenció d’eliminar-les i millorar en termes d’eficiència i economia perarribar a ser més competitius. D’acord amb els conceptes teòrics tractats en aquest treball, s’explica la redacció d’un mètode operatiu concret realitzat personalment en una empresa del sector de l’automoció. S’exposa de forma clara els criteris que exigeixen una nova redacció del mètode, les millores que aporta i relaciona els conceptes teòrics explicats en el treball duts a la pràctica explicant pas a pas el procés de redacció d’aquest nou mètode operatiu.

The general aim of this project was to investigate the Work Study through the Methods Study and the Work Measurement. The theoretical concepts that relate these techniques, the motivations and advantages that lead companies to submit a Work Study for the sole purpose of applying an improvement and increasing their own productivity are treated. The Work Study through a systematic and critical exam of the operations and activities carried out by workers tries to find unproductive actions with the sole intention of eliminating and improving them in terms of efficiency and economy and becoming more competitive. In accordance with the theoretical concepts treated in this project, the writing of a specific operating method in a company in the automotive sector is explained. It shows the criteria that required for writing a new operating method, the improvements that it provides and relates the theoretical concepts explained previously in this project put into practice and explains step by step the process of writing an operating method.
