Aquest és un treball on s'han dissenyat activitats d'Ensenyament/Aprenentatge, l'objectiu de les quals és aportar als alumnes de Cicles Formatius una educació per a la seva gestió emocional alhora de resoldre conflictes. En els currículums oficials no es dóna lloc a aquest tipus d'educació i per contra, és molt necessària en la societat actual on és totalment important un bon coneixement tant d'un mateix com dels que ens envolten. Hem deixat enrere l'era industrial, on existia una educació on tothom havia de saber fer el mateix de la mateixa manera, i ens hem endinsat de ple en l'era del coneixement on la societat, el món laboral, requereixen els valors de les persones, cadascú ha de saber trobar el seu propòsit per tal d'oferir-lo al món. Els alumnes de Cicles Formatius viuen una realitat a fora de l'institut que no connecta amb els currículums educatius on només es dóna importància a la transmissió de coneixements. L'educació acadèmica i l'educació emocional haurien de compartir lloc als centres educatius.

provide students in Vocational Training with an education for their emotional management
while resolving conflicts. This type of education does not give rise to official curricula and, on
the contrary, it is very necessary in today's society where a good knowledge of both oneself and
those around us is totally important. We have left behind the industrial age, where there was
an education where everyone had to know how to do the same in the same way, and we have
fully entered the era of knowledge where society, the world of work, require the values of
people, everyone must know how to find their purpose in order to offer it to the world. The
students of Vocational training live a reality outside the institute that does not connect with the
educational curricula where only importance is given to the transmission of knowledge.
Academic education and emotional education should share a place in schools.”
