Adaptación de una línea de producción de montaje de bombas de inyección

Abstract

En la fase final de la línea de producción de Delphi Technologies, la Finish Off L1, se querían montar dos modelos de bombas de inyección nuevos. Después de contactar con TAU New Techonolgies S.L. para poder optimizar dicha línea, la empresa, ha hecho posible que se puedan montar estos nuevos modelos de bomba más; TATA 1.5L y HMC – U. En esta memoria se detalla el proceso que se ha seguido para lograr la adaptación de la línea de producción y de las cinco estaciones que la forman. El proceso que se lleva a cabo para montar las bombas empieza en un puesto de inserción de tapas. Después se comprueban unos pines junto a los agujeros y el eje del motor. A continuación, se inserta un sistema que impide posibles fugas y se comprueba que este bien puesto y que no tenga pérdidas. Posteriormente se etiquetan las bombas, se fijan y se revisan las tapas para finalmente lubricar los tornillos con el sistema de aceitado.

In the final phase of the production line of Delphi Technologies, the Finish Off L1, two new models were intended to be assembled. After contacting with TAU New Technologies S.L. in order to optimize said line, the company has made possible to mount two new pump prototypes: TATA 1.5L and HMC-U. This memory details the process that has been followed to achieve the adaptation of the production line and the five stations that constitute it. The process to follow to assembly the pumps starts in a shroud insertion post. Next, the pins are checked along with the holes and the engine axis. Following, a system that prevents possible leaks is inserted, and it is confirmed that the system is properly placed and doesn’t have losses. Afterwards, the pumps get labelled and fixed, and the taps are revised so that finally the screws can get lubricated with the oil system.
