Lavadora de baja capacidad de consumo reducido destinada a viviendas de espacio limitado

Abstract

[ESP] Proyecto centrado en la realización de forma teórica de un producto de higienización de baja capacidad para la indumentaria textil personal considerando técnicas para un menor consumo de recursos y primordialmente destinado a ubicaciones, viviendas o espacios de pequeñas dimensiones. El proyecto conlleva toda la fase de investigación histórica, de mercado, y análisis del problema, del usuario y del contexto de forma previa a la generación del concepto del producto. Hecho el estudio, se genera todo el proceso de elaboración de idees que posteriormente se buscan materializar en forma de funcionalidades y prestaciones del producto. El producto proyectado considera un volumen de capacidad máxima de 7 a 8L en el que permite llegar a lavar un máximo de entre 2 y 2,5 kg de téxtil suponiendo entonces un consumo menor de 5L/kg de téxtil, marca más pequeña de consumo en el mercado masivo de electrodomésticos de higiene téxtil. La carga de téxtil que enfoca a tratar la lavadora es la indumentaria diaria del usuario. Esto da la opción de evitar el almacenaje de ropa sucia en caso de estipular su uso de modo rutinario y poder disponer de espacio suficiente para el secado de las prendas en los espacios destinados en las viviendas sin tener que habilitar nuevos espacios. El lavado mecánico en esta lavadora se realiza a mano, mediante una superficie donde el usuario puede limpiar sus prendas siendo consciente del trato que debe realizarles a tales piezas. Junto a este método también contiene el clásico método de lavado de tambor para higienizar las prendas con la peculiaridad de, tras comunicar información sobre las prendas al producto, este propone un volumen de agua adecuado para el ciclo de lavado. El producto simplifica varias funciones presentes en el producto final desmaterializando así el ensamblaje final.

[ENG] Project focused on the theoretical realization of a low-capacity sanitizing product for personal textile clothing, considering techniques for a lower consumption of resources and primarily intended for locations, homes or small spaces. The project involves the whole phase of historical and market research, and analysis of the problem, the user and the context prior to the generation of the product concept. Once the study is done, the whole process of elaboration of ideas is generated, which later on will be materialized in the form of functionalities and features of the product. The projected product considers a volume of maximum capacity of 7 to 8L in which it allows to get to wash a maximum of between 2 and 2,5 kg of textile supposing then a smaller consumption of 5L/kg of textile, smaller mark of consumption in the massive market of electrical appliances of textile hygiene. The load of textile that focuses to treat the washing machine is the user's daily clothing. This gives the option to avoid the storage of dirty clothes in case of stipulating its use in a routine way and to be able to have enough space for the drying of the clothes in the spaces destined in the houses without having to enable new spaces. The mechanical washing in this washing machine is done by hand, by means of a surface where the user can clean his clothes being aware of the treatment that he must do to such pieces. Along with this method, it also contains the classic drum washing method to sanitize the garments with the peculiarity that, after communicating information about the garments to the product, it proposes a volume of water suitable for the washing cycle. The product simplifies several functions present in the final product thus dematerializing the final assembly.
