| dc.description.abstract | La necesidadde agilizar y asegurar el cobrode indemnizaciones por enfermedadesderivadas a la exposición de fibras de asbesto, ha llevado a países de nuestro entorno, como Francia, Reino Unido, Italia, Bélgica y Holanda, a crearfondos de compensación que reducen este procedimiento de forma sustancial en comparación con lavíajudicial.En este estudio se comparan los fondos creados por estos países para, poniendo en evidencia sus características, proponer los atributos que deberíatener un fondo español para trabajadores afectados por dichas enfermedades. |
