La dependencia energética y el cambio climático global son problemas que se deben abordar
con inmediatez, ya que se debe cooperar para preservar nuestro bien más preciado, el medio
ambiente. Con este objetivo en mente, el presente proyecto se basa en una solución directa
aplicable a nuestro día a día como es la vivienda, ayudando a mejorar la eficiencia energética
basándose en la autogestión y en los recursos naturales: se reconstruirá y rehabilitará una masía
en ruinas siguiendo la normativa actual, para transformarla en una vivienda turística
autosuficiente que se abastecerá energéticamente de una manera autónoma.
Para llevar a cabo el proyecto, se construirá la vivienda mediante criterios bioclimáticos; se
calculará la demanda energética de la vivienda con su propuesta, y se analizarán las opciones
más eficientes en cuanto a soluciones constructivas para obtener un consumo casi nulo que
sea posible abastecerlo mediante energías renovables fabricadas in situ o en él entorno.
La estructura del trabajo estará formada por una primera parte teórica, en la que se describirá
el proyecto, los diversos sistemas de energías renovables actuales, el estudio de la energía
demandada por la masía, la solución constructiva y energética final, y el proyecto ejecutivo de
instalaciones.
La segunda parte dispondrá de la documentación gráfica del proyecto.
Energy dependence and global climate change are problems that must be addressed
immediately, since cooperation must be done to preserve our most precious asset, the
environment. With this objective in mind, this project is based on a direct solution applicable to
our daily life, such as housing, helping to improve energy efficiency in self-management and
natural resources: a ruined farmhouse will be rebuilt and rehabilitated following current
regulations, to transform it into a self-sufficient tourist home that is supplied energy in an
autonomous way.
To carry out the project, housing will be built using bioclimatic criteria; the energy demand of
the house will be calculated with its proposal, and the most efficient options will be analyzed in
terms of constructive solutions to obtain an almost zero consumption that can be supplied by
renewable energy manufactured in situ or in its environment.
The structure of the work will consist of a first theoretical part, in which the project is described,
the various current renewable energy systems, the study of the energy demanded by the
farmhouse, the final constructive and energy solution, and the executive project of installations.
The second part has the graphic documentation of the project.
