ENMA - Enginyeria del Medi Ambient
L’activitat investigadora del grup ENMA està centrada en el tractament d’aigües residuals industrials, tecnologies netes i reutilització d’efluents i colorants. Les principals línies són:
1. Disseny de processos de depuració físico-químics i biològics combinats amb noves tecnologies.
2. Tractament d’aigües industrials amb bioreactors de membrana (MBR)
3. Nanofiltració i microfiltració amb membranes orgàniques. Reutilització d’efluents i dels colorants concentrats.
4. Tractament electroquímic per a l’eliminació de contaminants orgànics. Reutilització de sals i efluents.
5. Descontaminació d’aigües per irradiació UV
6. Noves tecnologies de depuració: fotoelectroquímica, enzims; fotocatàlisi (nanopartícules de TiO2) combinat amb membranes.
7. Valorització de residus naturals com adsorbents de contaminants orgànics.
8. Determinació de contaminants emergents en aigües residuals i en articles tèxtils
9. Paràmetres ecotoxicològics i biodegradabilitat de productes químics.
La actividad investigadora del grupo ENMA está centrada en el tratamiento de aguas residuales industriales, tecnologías limpias y reutilización de efluentes y colorantes. Las principales líneas son:
1. Diseño de procesos de depuración fisicoquímicos y biológicos combinados con nuevas tecnologías.
2. Tratamiento de aguas industriales con biorreactores de membrana (MBR).
3. Nanofiltración y microfiltración con membranas orgánicas. Reutilización de efluentes y de colorantes concentrados.
4. Tratamiento electroquímico para la eliminación de contaminantes orgánicos. Reutilización de sales y efluentes.

The group carries out research in the following fields: the determination of macro and micropollutants found in domestic and industrial wastewaters; the study of the treatment processes of industrial effluents by physical, chemical and biological processes (membranes, advanced oxidation, electrochemistry, etc.); the reuse and recycling of effluents; the determination of ecotoxicological parameters and the biodegradability of chemical products, with particular reference to the Eco-label and the REACH proposal; the determination of micropollutants in textiles; and the design of advanced treatment processes for wastewaters.
