CPSV - Centre de Política de Sòl i Valoracions
El Centre de Política de Sòl i Valoracions (CPSV) és una unitat científica tècnica creada el 1986 i promoguda per investigadors del Departament de Construccions Arquitectòniques I de la Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Qualificat oficialment des de 1997 com a Centre Específic de Recerca de la UPC, té la seva seu a l'Escola Tècnica Superior d'Arquitectura de Barcelona i compta amb la participació pluridisciplinar d'investigadors procedents de diferents línies de recerca.
En la nova etapa del CPSV com a CER, amplia l'abast de recerca i docència especialitzada en el camp de: la política de sòl, la gestió i administració de l'urbanisme, la valoració immobiliària i urbana, les tècniques de sistemes d'informació geogràfica en l'anàlisi espacial de les estructures urbanes, la modelització virtual de l'arquitectura de la ciutat, així com l'anàlisi de la qualitat de vida urbana en la perspectiva d'un desenvolupament sostenible adient a les necessitats de la societat actual. En aquesta tasca, s'han involucrat diferents departaments, grups i línies de recerca de la UPC.
