Abstract
The present work consists of two parts, as the title indicates, in the first part a mapping of the
current state of the building has been made, which allows us to determine the starting point and
make an estimated diagnosis of the state of the building, and in the second part a rehabilitation
proposal and change of use in the built building, which implies an adaptation of it in order to
comply with the current regulations.
For the project I have been established the following points:
1. Introduction: in this point, I will be explaining de starting of the work, the reason of
choosing it and the methodology that I used to make all the work.
2. Building description: in this part I will explain the ubication and I made a short summary
of the Building and all what’s I include to finish it good.
3. Descriptive report: this is an explanation of the solutions adopted, of their current and
completed constructions, and of the last ones that are detailed about the installations in written
and graphic form.
4. The graphical documentation needed to do the proposed the using changing for the
building.
5. Conclusions: I make a short summary where I explain the knowledge gained with the
development of the project.
