dc.description.abstractIncompressible smoothed particle hydrodynamics method has been used to simulate the migration of a two-dimensional rigid disc in Couette flow in presence of an external electric field. The electric field is perpendicular to the moving walls. The results show that the trajectory of the disc is affected by the electrical properties of fluid and solid.
