First, an external and internal analysis will be prepared to get a better understanding of the actual corrent situation: barriers to be faced, political instability, difficulties in dealing with foregin firms, etc. will be analyzed. The external analysis will focus strongly in the situation after the Syrian war. Second, objetives and strategies will be defined, given predictions of growth, revenues, resouces nedded, etc.
The objective is to develop the company’s expansion in two steps: First, expansion in the MENAT region (the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey and Pakistan), and second, expansion in the EU. The key challenge is to maintain the hight corporate standards.
