Study of the yearly operations specifications for the design of the next summer flight program and the following risks assessment & mitigating actions processes at an airline

Abstract

Aviation industry is a very challenging area for companies and especially airlines must optimize their operation and flight programs in order to reach better key performanceindicators and have better positions in the market. To be able to do that they have to design specific specification for their flight programs and also they have to analyse the real data coming from actual daily flights to reveal the weak and strong side of their flight programs. In this project a small scale model airline project has been designed, in order to prepare an optimum operational schedule which would be efficiently scaled upwards for larger airline operations that require a more complex compıtationalapproach within the theoretical field of the aviation industry.
