dc.description.abstract | Reflection on architectural practice as a window into the future. Starting from the collection of various trades, architect, cook and artist (Álvaro Siza, Ferran Adrià and Oscar Tusquets) who establish a physical and open dialogue on different ways of materializing the technological process. Understanding this, as the construction of one's own thinking and not as a mechanical action that leads to solve a problem. In this way I see architecture as a discipline that can only be conceived through the relationship between three concepts that are characteristic of the architectural process: thought, creation and innovation. Meaning these three terms, condition, path and renewal with a visual outline: the collective objective. In this way, systems, ingredients and prototypes are gradually presented as instruments for discovering, sensitizing and helping to rethink the principles and values of building habitats. Opening doors to different ways of understanding our own discipline allowing me to develop it from new approaches. In this sense, the architect must align himself with this model, where the line of action prioritizes urban renewal in response to a collective need through the application of new technologies. Barcelona is known all over the world; precisely because of the sum of its capacity for urban transformation and its architecture, which is the instrument that makes it possible |
