Disseny d'una màquina transfer de polit

Abstract

[CATALÀ] El projecte consisteix en el estudi, disseny i modelatge de una màquina transfer de llimat i polit de peces de resina fenòlica FS31 DIN7708 a partir de la demanda d'una empresa real. El disseny de la màquina s’ha fet el més simple possible, tenint en compte els requeriments tècnics d’aquesta, escollint tots els elements normalitzats necessaris per un correcte funcionament i prioritzant l’economitza’t de l’espai i el cost econòmic. Primer s’ha fet un estudi del les diferents maquines transfer que existeixen al marcat, el procés de llimat, polit i repolit, el mètode d’extracció ciclònica per fer l’extracció de pols, els motors necessaris per moure la màquina i el mètode SMED amb d’intensió de trobar un disseny útil, productiu i realista. La maquina dissenyada està pensada per manipular quatre estacions: l’estació de carrega i descarrega on es situarà l’operari, l’estació de llimat, l’estació de polit i l’estació de repolit. Cada estació es troba perimetral al voltant d’una taula circular giratòria amb 4 suports també giratoris subjectant la peça de resina fenòlica que volem tractar i repartits per la taula axialment i alineats davant de cada estació. El disseny i càlculs s’ha realitzat utilitzant el Solidworks com a software gràfic de disseny 3D, primer peça per peça, posteriorment assemblant per estacions i per últim la maquina transfer del conjunt.

[ANGLÈS] The project consists of the study, design and modeling of a machine transfer of polishing and finishing of phenolic resin pieces FS31 DIN7708 from the demand of a real company. The design of the machine has been made as simple as possible, taking into account the technical requirements of the machine, choosing all the standard elements necessary for a correct operation and prioritizing the saving of the space and the economic cost. First, a study has been made of the different transfer machines that exist in the marking, the polishing and polishing process, the cyclone extraction method for extracting dust, the motors needed to move the machine and the method SMED intends to find a useful, productive and realistic design. The designed machine is designed to handle four stations: the loading and unloading station where the operator, the liming station, the polishing station and the repolishing station will be located. Each station is perimeter around a rotating circular table with 4 rotating supports also holding the phenolic resin piece that we want to deal with and distributed through the table axially and aligned in front of each station. The design and calculations were done using Solidworks as 3D graphic design software, first piece by piece, later assembling by stations and finally the transfer machine of the set.
