Abstract

[CATALÀ] Aquest projecte està pensat per aportar informació sobre un procés de fabricació poc conegut, tant en l’àmbit industrial com en l’àmbit acadèmic. En el món dels plàstics, la injecció és el procés de fabricació més utilitzat per produir productes i, per aquest motiu, les tecnologies i tècniques per a aquest tipus de procés estan molt més avançades. No passa el mateix en el món del moldeig per extrusió-bufat, ja que no es disposen de tants recursos ni tecnologies per poder optimitzar el procés i fer-lo així més eficient. Degut a la oportunitat d’obtenir informació de primera mà d’una oficina tècnica destinada a la fabricació de maletes tècniques mitjançant aquest procés de fabricació, en aquest document es detallarà pas a pas el procés pel qual un usuari pot adquirir un lot de maletes per a desar eines. Des del primer contacte amb el client, fins a la producció final de la pròpia maleta detallant tots els passos necessaris.
