[CATALÀ] En aquest projecte es presenta la proposta del redisseny del servei d’inclusió que presenta la UPC. La finalitat d’aquest servei és que l’estança dels alumnes discapacitats sigui el més tranquil·la i normalitzada possible mitjançant ajudes en l’àmbit econòmic, adaptacions d’aules i de material docent i l’assignació d’un tutor. La problemàtica d’aquesta prestació és estudiada mitjançant l’eina de disseny User Journey, on es troba que els estudiants tenen molt poca informació de l’existència del servei. La visió centrada en el PAS contamina les accions dels estudiants, és a dir, agafa més importància que el personal d’administració li sigui més còmode realitzar la seva feina que facilitar a l’estudiant fer ús del servei. Una altra problemàtica és el pes que té la matrícula de l’alumne per notificar la seva discapacitat, provocant dilemes en el servei quan aquesta notificació apareix en mig del quadrimestre. Per últim s’ha de millorar la poca homogeneïtat dels serveis d’inclusió que hi ha en cada campus de la UPC. Per solucionar aquests problemes s’ha plantejat una proposta del nou servei mitjançant el Disseny Centrat en l’Usuari i el Design Thinking com a metodologies. El User Journey, que ha servit per comparar els dos serveis, i el disseny universal han sigut les eines principals. A més, s’ha partit de les premisses de que es reflectissin les accions en el servei realitzades pels tres usuaris principals (Estudiant, PDI i PAS) i d’una inclusió per a tothom, encara que hi hagi estudiants que no facin ús de la prestació d’inclusió que dóna la universitat. En la proposta les accions de tots els usuaris estan destinades a què l’alumne tingui més facilitats a l’hora de fer ús d’aquest servei. La informació serà donada des d’un principi tant a escala digital com en la sessió de presentació o en la secretaria. La notificació podrà ser entregada en qualsevol punt del quadrimestre, portant o el certificat mèdic o el certificat del grau de discapacitat. A més, està pensat perquè l’estudiant pugui deixar de fer servir les presentacions quan estigui curat o quan ell ho desitgi. Les adaptacions curriculars vindran definides pel que pot aportar tant el PDI com l’alumne, a més, de la corresponsabilitat que han de tenir present. Per acabar, si l’estudiant ho desitja, podrà realitzar reunions amb un tutor personal i amb tots els alumnes que facin ús del servei, aconseguit així que no es senti sol en la seva vida universitària i estimulant la solidaritat.
[ANGLÈS] This project presents the suggested redesigning of the inclusion service offered by the UPC. The purpose of this service is to ensure that disabled students stay keeps as smooth and regulated as possible through financial support, adaptation of classrooms and teaching materials, and the assignment of a tutor. The problem with this assistance is studied through the design tool User journey, in which students get very little information about the existence of this service. The PAS-focused vision troubles students' actions, that is, the fact of making the administration staff duties more comfortable prevails over the facility for the student to use the service. Another problem is the difficulties for the students, during their enrollment, to report their disability, causing dilemmas in the service when this notification appears in the middle of a quarter. Finally, there is a need to improve the lack of homogeneity during inclusion processes in each UPC campus. To solve these issues, a proposal for the new service has been put forward through User-Centered Design and Design Thinking as methodologies. The User Journey, which has been used to compare the two services, and universal design have been the main tools. Besides, the premise has been to reflect the actions in the service carried out by the three main users (Student, PDI, and PAS) and inclusion for all, even if there are students who do not make use of the inclusion allowance provided by the university. In the proposal, the actions of all users are intended to make it easier for the student to make use of this service. The information will be given from the beginning both on a digital scale at the presentation session or at the secretariat. The notification may be given at any point in the quarter, showing either the medical certificate or the certificate of the degree of disability. It is also designed so that students can stop using presentations when they are cured or when they want to. The curricular adaptations will be defined by what both the PDI and the student can contribute, in addition to the co-responsibility that they must bear in mind. Finally, if the students wish, they can hold meetings with a personal tutor and with all the students who make use of the service, in order to ensure that they do not feel alone in their university life and to enhance solidarity.
