Projecte d’instal·lacions elèctriques en un edifici d’habitatges amb pàrquing

Abstract

[CATALÀ] Aquest projecte tracta sobre l’estudi, el dimensionament i la realització de les instal·lacions elèctriques, d’enllumenat, de parallamps i de protecció contra incendis d’un edifici plurifamiliar aïllat, de 18 habitatges amb pàrquing privat, situat al municipi del Vendrell. Es tracta d’un edifici destinat tant a l’ús residencial com a l’ús comercial. L’edifici està dividit en tres escales: A,B i C. Així bé, es preveuen 6 habitatges per cada planta destinada a habitatges i dividits amb la distribució de 2 habitatges per cada escala, amb un total de 3 plantes residencials. La planta baixa es composarà de 6 locals comercials i la planta coberta estarà destinada a instal·lacions de depòsits acumuladors, bombes de calor, i altres instal·lacions. Pel pàrquing, es preveu una planta de soterrani que contindrà 27 places d’aparcament (12 d’elles amb possibilitat de recàrrega per cotxes elèctrics), 32 trasters, 3 sales comunes i 2 cambres per dipòsits i altres instal·lacions. En el present projecte es farà èmfasi en les instal·lacions esmentades, aportant càlculs i demostrant el compliment de les normatives que s’exigeixen. A part, també s’anomenen de manera explicativa sense base de càlculs les demés instal·lacions previstes. Pel que fa a la estructura, el treball està seccionat en 5 parts fonamentals, com són la memòria, els plànols, el plec de condicions, els amidaments i el resum del pressupost. Tanmateix, s’aporten 3 annexes externs, referents als plànols, al plec de condicions d’execució per unitat d’obra i al pressupost complert detallat. La memòria es dividirà en la part descriptiva, la constructiva i els compliment de normes de Seguretat per Incendis, de Seguretat d’Utilització i Accessibilitat i del Reglament Electrotècnic de Baixa Tensió. També s’ofereix un annex en la mateixa memòria, l’un per aclarir les fórmules utilitzades en la instal·lació elèctrica. És de molta importància indicar que en el present projecte ha hagut un recolzament en el programa CYPE, el qual ha servit per generar certs documents que després han sigut revisats i reescrits. Per muntar tota la estructura de l’edifici s’han aportat al programa arxius de plànols d’AutoCAD. També s’han utilitzat bases del programa de generació de pressupostos Arquímedes, per tot seguit retocar i formar l’apartat segons les necessitats del projecte.

[ANGLÈS] This project is about the study and realization of electrical, lighting, lightning and fire protection installations of an isolated multi-family building, with 18 apartments with private parking, located in the municipality of El Vendrell. It is a building intended for both residential and commercial use. The building is divided into three stairs: A, B and C. However, 6 apartments are planned for each floor intended for housing and divided with the distribution of 2 homes for each scale, with a total of 3 residential floors. The ground floor will consist of 6 commercial premises and the covered floor will be used for storage tanks, heat pumps, and other facilities. The basement is planned for a basement that will contain 27 parking spaces (12 of them with possibility of recharging by electric cars), 32 storage rooms, 3 common rooms and 2 rooms for tanks and other facilities. The present project will emphasize the aforementioned facilities, providing calculations and demonstrating compliance with the required regulations. Apart from that, the other planned facilities are also called without explanatory base without explanation. In terms of structure, the work is divided into 5 fundamental parts, such as memory, plans, specifications, measurements and budget summary. However, there are 3 external annexes, referring to the plans, the specifications of the conditions of execution per unit of work and the detailed budget. The report will be divided into the descriptive part, the constructive one and the fulfillment of norms of Security by Fire, Security of Use and Accessibility and of the Electrotechnical Regulation of Low Voltage. An annex is also provided in the same report, the one to clarify the formulas used in the electrical installation. It is very important to note that in the present project there has been support for the CYPE program, which has served to generate certain documents that have subsequently been reviewed and rewritten. To assemble the entire structure of the building, AutoCAD map files have been provided to the program. The foundations of the Archimedes budget generation program have also been used, after which the section will be altered and formed according to the needs of the project.
