Abstract

[CASTELLÀ] Actualmente se utiliza en gran medida el uso de chapas a nivel industrial. Para unirlas entre sí se utilizan diferentes técnicas y elementos de unión. Uno de los métodos más rápidos es la soldadura por puntos El presente documento plasma el proceso de diseño y construcción de una máquina capaz de ensayar la soldadura entre dos chapas de grosores similares. Es decir, capaz de determinar el número de ciclos que aguanta la unión soldada antes de romper. En primer lugar, se ha modelado conceptualmente el prototipo con el programa CAD NX12. A su vez, se han ido realizando estudios para definir el diseño de la máquina, así como de sus diversos componentes.

One of the fastest methods is spot welding. This document reflects the design and construction process of a machine capable of testing welding between two sheets of similar thicknesses. That is, capable of determining the number of cycles that the welded joint endures before breaking. First, the prototype has been conceptually modelled with the NX12 CAD program. In turn, studies have been carried out to define the design of the machine, as well as its various components.
